Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Famvo app, made by WHITE CODE TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"). By using Famvo you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
Using Famvo
- Only connect with people who agree to share their location with you. Do not use Famvo to track anyone without their knowledge or consent.
- A child's use of Famvo must be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for your account and for what happens on your device.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access other people's data.
Not an emergency service
Famvo, including its SOS feature, does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Locations, notifications and alerts depend on your device, its settings, battery, GPS and network connection, and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable.
Subscriptions
- Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
Your content
You keep ownership of the information you add to Famvo, such as your name, photo and places. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you connect with, only as needed to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Ending your use
You can stop using Famvo and delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
Famvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from inaccurate, delayed or unavailable location information, notifications or alerts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Famvo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
